Do you have onsite parking?

We do not have onsite parking. However, there is street parking available on Winstanley Road. Additionally, a large pay-and-display car park is located at the library, just a 4-minute walk away, with an all-day rate of £4.

How long does a head spa take?

Our head spa services typically range from 60 minutes, or longer, depending on the package you select. For precise session timings, please refer to the detailed descriptions of each package.

How old do I have to be to book a head spa?

You must be age 18+ to book a head spa session. Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign consent and provide a valid ID when arriving. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment. Our Mum & Mini Package is available for mums and children aged 10 and above.

Can i book in with a friend?

Yes! Our Dual Head Spa Packages are designed for two. What better way to relax than with a friend, enjoy a rejuvenating head spa and afternoon tea experience together.

Do you offer group bookings?

Yes! We offer group bookings with a minimum of 4 guests. Our group bookings are perfect for special occasions like birthdays or hen parties. Will a head spa help grow my hair?

While a head spa can help stimulate hair growth, we recommend booking our Clinical Hair Restoration Treatment for advanced medical treatments that deliver the best results.

Can I have a head spa during pregnancy?

Unfortunately, a head spa is not recommended for pregnant individuals due to the extended lying down during the treatment and the use of essential oils, which may not be safe during pregnancy.
